Plot Synopsis

Based on the book Strangers on a Train by Patricia Highsmith. Based on the screenplay ''Strangers on a Train'' by Raymond Chandler and Czenzi Ormonde. A chance meeting and conversation between a former child star and a psychotic socialite turns deadly when the unhinged woman kills the actresses estranged husband. Believing she lived up to her end of the bargain the deranged woman now expects her ''new friend'' to kill her overbearing mother. With the police investing her, the terrified woman must prove her innocence by setting a trap for the devious psychopath.
