Plot Synopsis

A research scientist and his brainy daughter develop a secret military weapon for the Navy -- a hybrid shark/octopus that can be controlled by electrical implants. During a preliminary test with the still-in-development creature, an eager naval officer commands the scientists to push the Sharktopus beyond its limits. The implants break off and the now rogue beast is soon on a killing spree at the resort beaches of Mexico. They must race against time to stop the crazed Sharktopus from its deadly rampage.
