Plot Synopsis
The Miami police SWAT team pursues a school bus hijacked by a psychotic man who threatens to kill the driver and the passengers-- twelve emotionally handicapped children. Speeding through the streets, the cops must proceed with caution as not to upset the deranged gunman who says he has a bomb on board. The heroic actions of the bus driver averts disaster as the police gun down the madman.
