Plot Synopsis

Based on the book series by author Andrea Beaty and illustrator David Roberts, ADA TWIST, SCIENTIST is a half-hour animated preschool series that follows the adventures of eight-year-old Ada Twist, a pint-sized scientist with a giant-sized curiosity, who aspires to discover the truth about absolutely everything. With the help of her two best friends -- Rosie Revere and Iggy Peck -- Ada unravels and solves mysteries for her friends and family. But solving the mystery is only the beginning, because science isn't just about learning how and why and what... it's about putting that knowledge into action to make the world a better place. Each 30-minute episode is comprised of two stories, including the series opener, "A Fort of One's Own; Twelve Angry Birds," during which: Ada and friends brainstorm ways to unlock the door to her brother's backyard fort; the kids use the scientific method to prove Mooshu Kitty's innocence. The entire six-episode second season of ADA TWIST, SCIENTIST dropped on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 on Netflix. Ada and her science-loving friends are searching high and low for answers this season, from the sky above to the earth below and everywhere in between! In the season opener, "The Curious Case of Lil' Liz; Cat on a Hot Twist Roof," it's science to the rescue when Arthur's pet lizard goes missing; the kids work together to get Mooshu -- and Arthur's toy helicopter -- down off the roof.

Season 3 of ADA TWIST, SCIENTIST premiered on Monday, September 12, 2022, as Netflix released all eight episodes of the new season. Learning is always an adventure with Ada, Iggy and Rosie -- and curiosity, imagination and discovery are at the heart of every question they ask! In the season opener, "Ready, Set, Rosie; A Wheel with a Twist," Rosie wants to win the Raucous Riveters Reunion Race, but something's wrong with her car; the gang reinvents a toy for Ada's cousin, who has autism.
