Plot Synopsis

In this 12th installment of AMERICAN HORROR STORY, based on Danielle Valentine's novel, "Delicate Condition," actress Anna Victoria Alcott wants nothing more than to start a family, but she's suffered through multiple failed attempts at IVF. As the buzz around her recent film grows, she fears that something may be targeting her -- and her pursuit of motherhood. The five-episode first half of the season premiered on on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 10pm ET/PT on FX, with a new episode debuting each Wednesday through October 18. After a 5.5-month break, AMERICAN HORROR STORY: DELICATE returned with new episodes on Wednesday, April 4, 2024 at 10pm ET/PT on FX. In the mid-season debut, "Opening Night," a glimpse into Anna's past reveals why she craves motherhood, while Dex's troubling family life is dragged into the spotlight.
