With testimony from the lawyers, police, and those involved, Anni's family wants to know why she had to die. All four episodes of ANNI: THE HONEYMOON MURDER dropped on discovery+ on Saturday, November 13, 2021, which was the 11th anniversary of Anni's murder:

"The Murder": Londoners Anni and Shrien Dewani's dream honeymoon in Cape Town, South Africa, comes to a swift and violent end when men hijack their cab and kidnap Anni. Police find her body the next day, sparking a major murder investigation.

"The Mastermind": Police investigating Anni Dewani's murder search for the taxi driver called Tongo, now a suspect. Realizing he's a wanted man, Tongo turns himself in and arranges a plea bargain, telling police, a shocking story that alters the course of the investigation.

"The Motive": Journalists covering Anni's murder receive a call from a person called "The German Master." He claims Shrien Diwani holds a secret that may lead to a motive for Anni's murder. Shrien appoints a stellar defense team that begins to dismantle the case.
