Plot Synopsis

BATTLE CREEK is a one-hour drama series that centers on two detectives -- Detective Russ Agnew and FBI agent Milton Chamberlain -- with very different worldviews, who are teamed up to clean up the semi-mean streets of Battle Creek, Michigan. Milton, a clean-cut FBI agent, is a sincere, humble -- even naive -- guy who heads from Detroit to Battle Creek to set up a satellite FBI office. Agnew is a smart, tough, impatient, and pragmatic guy who gets results, but whom no one wants to partner with because he prefers to cut through any nonsense -- and this has earned him a reputation for being mean and gruff.
On Sunday, May 24, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, CBS premiered the series finale of BATTLE CREEK. In the series ender, "Sympathy for the Devil," Milt survives a car bombing and enlists Russ to track down his would-be assassin, leading to startling revelations as to why Milt is the way he is and what brought him to Battle Creek.
