BEACH COTTAGE CHRONICLES is a quarter-hour series that reveals the inspired designs, architecture and stories behind some of the most beautiful waterfront cottages in America. The first three episodes of BEACH COTTAGE CHRONICLES dropped on Friday, July 8, 2022 on the Magnolia App, featuring the Cane Cottage, a California surf shack, and a 1950s Costa Mesa Bungalow. New episodes debuted on Fridays through August 5.

The sophomore season of BEACH COTTAGE CHRONICLES debuted on Friday, March 17, 2023 on the Magnolia app, which released three new episodes.

Season 3 of BEACH COTTAGE CHRONICLES premiered with three new episodes on Friday, October 20, 2023 on the Magnolia app and discovery+.

On Friday, June 28, 2024, discovery+ and Max released three episodes to open the fourth season of BEACH COTTAGE CHRONICLES. In the season opener, "The Shug Shack," in honor of her late husband, a woman transformed a 1957 beach cottage into her family's dream home: the Shug Shack. She and her children celebrate his memory during a day of riding bikes, cooking lunch, enjoying the beach and spending time together.
