Plot Synopsis

From island properties to coastal homes, this one-hour docuseries follows everyday families as they discover surprisingly affordable beachfront locales that fit any budget. BEACH WITHIN REACH combines two half-hour episodes of BEACHFRONT BARGAIN HUNT into a single one-hour program.

On Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 11pm ET/PT, HGTV debuted "Hunting for a Home Base and Beach House in NC," the inaugural BEACH WITHIN REACH program. A woman is determined to show her husband that they can afford a beachfront home in North Carolina with enough rental income. Also, a family that moves a lot wants to a buy a beach house in Cape Charles, VA, so they can always return to their home base.

HGTV had scheduled additional episodes of BEACH WITHIN REACH on subsequent Thursdays, but pulled them from their listings.
