Plot Synopsis

BLOOD, SWEAT & HEELS is a one-hour reality series that follows six women, who are up-and-coming movers and shakers in New York's elite circles of real estate, fashion, and media. From Harlem to Brooklyn, life in the big city often resembles a small town when these women cross paths in their personal and professional lives. The six women are: Brie Bythewood, a third-generation New Yorker with an established reputation in journalism, real estate development, and marketing, who is single and looking to find a man who is engaging, intelligent, and taller than her in high heels; Melyssa Ford, known as the "Video Vixen," who was featured in music videos alongside artists such as Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, and Usher, but is now embarking on a new career in real estate; Mica Hughes, a former top model with Wilhelmina Models and Ford Models, who has founded modeling agency Mica Models, a model search and seminar company (Models in Motion), and a high-end rejuvenating spa (Mica 2M SPA); Daisy Lewellyn, a style expert, TV personality and author of "Never Pay Retail Again: Shop Smart, Spend Less, & Look Your Best Ever," who currently enjoying a bi-coastal lifestyle, splitting her time between Brooklyn and Los Angeles; Demetria Lucas, an author, blogger, life coach, and public speaker, who built her empire on her award-winning blog, ABelleInBrooklyn.com, and is commonly known as "The Black Carrie Bradshaw"; and Geneva S. Thomas, a style and pop culture journalist and brand strategist, who is active in her Harlem community, dedicating herself to causes related to women's empowerment, education, and youth development. Season 2 of BLOOD, SWEAT & HEELS premiered on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. Continuing to go big or go home are returning cast members Melyssa Ford, Mica Hughes, Daisy Lewellyn, Demetria Lucas D'Oyley and Geneva S. Thomas. Joining the group are celebrity stylist Arzo Anwar and entertainment entrepreneur Chantelle Fraser. This season, the women will work to balance their work hard, play hard lifestyles as their careers take them to the next level. Fresh off a rocky break-up, Mica struggles to take her business ventures to new heights as things heat up between herself and an unlikely suitor. Recently diagnosed with a life-threatening medical crisis, Daisy faces more obstacles than ever that could potentially interfere with her career goals. Always on the go, Geneva strives to make a name for herself as a journalist, but her friendships are put to the test. Working to reinvent herself and start a new chapter, Melyssa delves into producing a semi-autobiographical musical while Demetria juggles the release of her second book, pending nuptials and the fairytale wedding she will always remember. Fashion maven and self-proclaimed hustler Arzo works to build her fashion brand through her multi-line showroom and is good friends with Melyssa who enjoys having such an entertaining friend around. As the CEO and founder of a premiere talent and entertainment booking company, Chantelle is living the American dream while also managing her busy social calendar.

On Sunday, June 14, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the Season 2 finale of BLOOD, SWEAT & HEELS. In the season ender, "Happily Never After," the ladies support Chantelle's business at a lavish party on a yacht, but the celebration is short-lived as Daisy's health takes a turn for the worse and tension escalates between Melyssa and Geneva. In the aftermath, as the ladies contemplate the future of the group, Demetria's family and friends gather for her wedding.
