Plot Synopsis

Three headstrong siblings of the Saunders family inherit the overgrown, uninhabited Rose Island in the Bahamas and are given the task of turning it into a vacation paradise, Sandy Toes, with the help of other relatives and locals. Their father, Billy Saunders, was born in Nassau in 1929 and founded, and was owner and president, of Majestic Tours Limited, which became the largest ground transportation company in The Bahamas, and one of the largest in the Caribbean. Now, from glass-bottomed over-water bungalows to luxury tree houses and deluxe cabanas, Billy's children build a different dream beach getaway, while trying to put their egos aside and work together. On Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 11pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered a sneak-peek episode, in which the Saunders create their very first overnight guest cottage from scratch, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time.
