Plot Synopsis

BURNING LOVE is a scripted comedy that mocks and parodies TV reality dating shows, like THE BACHELOR, THE BACHELORETTE, and BACHELOR PAD. In the first season, fireman Mark Orlando searched for the love of his life amongst 16 non-traditional contestants. When Mark did not choose Julie Gristlewhite, she returned as the brokenhearted bachelorette in Season 2, with 16 eligible bachelors competing for her affection. Season 3, which was titled BURNING LOVE: BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE, was a takeoff on BACHELOR PAD, with past contestants returning to the mansion in the hopes of winning the grand prize of $900. BURNING LOVE was originally released as an online series of 7-10 minute webisodes, later airing on television with E! presenting two or three edited episodes as a typical 30-minute TV show with commercials. Nearly nine months after BURNING LOVE premiered online -- and just days after the online premiere of Season 2 -- E! presented the US broadcast premiere of this series on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT. On Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:30pm ET/PT, E! aired the US broadcast premiere of Season 2. Midway through E!'s broadcast of Season 2, the cable channel moved the program to late night Saturdays/early morning Sundays at 3:30am ET/PT.

On Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11:59pm ET/PT, E! broadcast the television premiere of the entire third season of BURNING LOVE, showing a continuous block of three-and-a-half hours of back-to-back episodes.
