Plot Synopsis

A spinoff of THE LOUD HOUSE, THE CASAGRANDES is an animated series that tells the story of 11-year-old Ronnie Anne who moves to the city with her mom and older brother to live with their big, loving family, the Casagrandes. After moving in with their grandparents in Great Lakes City, Ronnie Anne adjusts to her new life living under one roof and over the family-run mercado (local market), which is a gathering place for everyone in the neighborhood.

THE CASAGRANDES premiered on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 1:30pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon, immediately following a new episode of THE LOUD HOUSE. In the half-hour series opener, "Going Overboard; Walk Don't Run," Ronnie Anne finds out her Tio Carlos was a famous skateboarder and she begs him to teach her some new moves. Then, Ronnie Anne and Sid start a dog-walking business to save up for a new skateboard, but their plan quickly gets out of hand. After its special premiere on Columbus Day, the series moves to its regular timeslot -- Saturdays at 11:30am -- five days later on October 19.

Season 3 of THE CASAGRANDES premiered on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 8pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon. In the season opener, "Bend It Like Abuelo; Bunstoppable," Hector finally joins his dream soccer team as their good luck charm, but what happens when his luck runs out? While preparing bao for the Chinese Cultural Fair, Sid and Adelaide face off against time-hopping bandits!

On Friday, March 22, 2024, Netflix released THE CASAGRANDES MOVIE, an 85-minute animated film, that centers on a birthday trip to Mexico, where 12-year-old Ronnie Anne accidentally frees a demigod trapped in a mountain and needs her family's help to set things right. Voice cast for the movie includes: izabella Alvarez, Sumalee Montano, Paulina Chavez, Angelica Aragon, Sonia Manzano, Kate del Castillo, Alex Cazares, Carlos PenaVega, Carlos Alazraqui, Ruben Garfias, Leah Mei Gold, Alexa PenaVega, Cristo Fernandez, Sergio Aragones, Roxana Ortega, and Jared Kozak.
