Plot Synopsis

CHAINED TO MY EX follows real-life divorced couples who still live together, as they go through their daily routines and attend mediation sessions to settle their differences, set boundaries and make plans to help them move on with their lives. Despite being divorced, these couples live together for a variety of reasons, such as emotional ties, children and financial limitations, but the stress of day-to-day living in a torturous limbo can be overwhelming. On Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 9pm ET, MSNBC aired the first episode of CHAINED TO MY EX, but had not yet scheduled future episodes at that time. In that 60-minute sneak-peek episode, CeCe and Christian are in mediation with Judge Michele Lowrance, the author of "The Good Karma Divorce," who is a former divorce attorney with more than 15 years of experience with troubled couples.
