Plot Synopsis

Take an unpredictable ride through the streets of Chicago and navigate crime and corruption as a passenger with the most respected -- and notorious -- cops in the city. Jarek Wysocki is a local legend and larger-than-life veteran of the Chicago Police Department. Teresa Colvin arrived at the pinnacle of the Chicago Police Department, and she's determined to implement changes before Chicago politics can stop her. They're convinced that building-magnate-turned-politician Alderman Ronin Gibbons and his Irish tough guy Liam Hennessey are dirty to the core, but they've never had the evidence to prove it. Until now. A murder investigation leads them to Gibbons, and they are determined to bring him to justice and clean up Chicago -- if that's even possible. They're joined by: Jarek's new partner, Caleb Evers, who is a smart, observant young detective desperately wanting to prove himself; Jarek's niece Vonda, a rookie cop whose father, Jarek's brother, was killed in the line of duty; Vonda's love interest, Isaac Joiner, a charismatic cop who takes unnecessary risks on the job that land him and Vonda in some dangerous situations.
