Plot Synopsis

Each half-hour episode of CLASSIC HOMES features three historic houses from a different region of America, each offering a glimpse of an architecturally prominent style in that area. CLASSIC HOMES debuted on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 6-7pm ET/PT on Magnolia Network, as the cable channel released back-to-back episodes. The series opener, "The Classic Homes of Santa Barbara" (6pm), highlights Spanish Revival, Craftsman and Midcentury homes, which represent the famous styles of Santa Barbara, CA, where mountains and sea converge in this town on California's central coast. Then, the second episode, "The Classic Homes of New England," features everything from the historic brownstones of Beacon Hill to the cedar shingles of Cape Cod, because New England offers a varied and uniquely American feel. Additional episodes focus on Charleston, SC; and more.

On Friday, December 30, 2022, CLASSIC HOMES made its debut on the Magnolia App, with four houses each having their own 8-minute episode.
