Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2015, the CURE BOWL is an annual college football bowl game that celebrates the women who are living with breast cancer today and those who will face it tomorrow, while raising money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, whose mission is committed to exclusively funding cancer research. Teams from the Sun Belt Conference and American Athletic Conference are scheduled to play each year. However, in years in which a conference does not have enough eligible teams to fill this commitment, teams from other conferences may be substituted. The inaugural game, the 2015 AUTONATION CURE BOWL, featured San Jose State taking on Georgia State at the Orlando Citrus Bowl in Orlando, FL on Saturday, December 19, 2015 in a game televised by CBS Sports.
