DEADLY AFFAIRS: BETRAYED BY LOVE explores love triangles gone bad, office romances gone awry, and other passionate love affairs that ended in death.

The sophomore season of DEADLY AFFAIRS: BETRAYED BY LOVE premiered on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 11pm-Midnight ET/PT, Investigation Discovery debuted back-to-back episodes. In the season opener, "Racing Hearts" (11pm), a police officer's two-decade marriage to his college sweetheart disintegrates into betrayal and violence; a married couple bond over their love of dirt track racing until a gorgeous younger man arrives on the scene, but he's no prince charming. In the night's second episode, "A Lesson in Murder" (11:30pm), a school administrator and his wife begin building their dream lake house, but as costs run amok, he seeks solace in a new love; once his wife finds out, the punishment is far worse than detention; a man pays the price for allowing an open marriage.

DEADLY AFFAIRS: BETRAYED BY LOVE returned for its third season with back-to-back new episodes on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 9-10pm ET/PT on Investigation Discovery. In the season opener (9pm), "Dead Silent," a piano teacher finds happiness with a new love, but when both men die brutally, police realize someone wanted their love song to end; a woman from the Sioux Falls deaf community goes missing, but there's one person who knows exactly where she is. Then, in the second episode (9:30pm), "A Man in Uniform," an airline pilot and his flight attendant wife enjoy a life of self-made privilege, but a third party infiltrates the marriage and ensures one of them never flies again; a Marine's marriage disintegrates when another soldier enters the picture.
