THE DEVIL YOU KNOW is a one-hour documentary series that each season investigates a different deadly cult, highlights the people who were harmed and killed, and exposes the role of the cult leader.

In Season 1, journalist Chad Nance races to learn the truth when human remains are found in the North Carolina home of Pazuzu Algarad, who is suspected to be a cannibal murderer. Algarad used an Islamic Satanist persona to terrorize his local community and manipulate those closest to him.

The second season of THE DEVIL YOU KNOW premiered on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 10pm ET/PT on VICE. The bizarre murder of Steven Mineo in Pennsylvania and Kelly Pingilley's tragic suicide in Detroit are linked to the online cult of Sherry Shriner, who believes that devil-worshipping, shape-shifting reptiles are ushering in a New World Order. Both Mineo and Pingilley were avid listeners of Shriner's podcssts. Led by investigative journalist Tony Russo, the six-episode season opens when doomsday prepper Mineo is expelled from Sherry Shriner's cult, he tries to protect his girlfriend from online attacks and winds up dead.
