Plot Synopsis

Guy Fieri visits classic greasy-spoon spots -- from a roadside shack in Tarpley, Texas to a Las Vegas sports bar with stellar stromboli.

When DDD returned for its 16th season on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 10pm ET, Guy found real deal authentic eats in unusual spots like a N'awlins roadhouse serving rice and beans, Cajun potstickers and a pulled pork pasta in St. Louis and a Mediterranean cafe in Syracuse, NY that cranks out first-class falafel and baklava.

For its Season 17 debut on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 10pm ET, DDD revealed the tasty goodness in Denver (homemade tater tots, pork rinds and a pastrami sandwich) and Tacoma (pork shoulder tacos, elk sliders and tater tots stuffed with parmesan cheese). DDD came back for an 18th season on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 9:30pm ET, with a season premiere that featured a San Diego breakfast spot that serves creme brulee French toast all day, corned beef hash at a Portland eatery, and a lamb merguez dog in San Francisco.

DDD returned for its nineteenth season on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the one-hour Season 19 premiere, Guy toured his hometown of Ferndale, CA, including trips to the generations-old apple orchard with a special place in Guy's heart, the local's watering hole where Guy first experienced work life in the kitchen, the old-school butcher and the artisan cheese maker.

On Friday, September 5, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT, Food Network aired the Season 21 premiere of DINERS DRIVE-IN & DIVES. In the season opener, "Roadtrippin' in Beantown," Guy parks the Camaro in Beantown for an all-Boston smorgasbord. Just outside the city in Allston, two restaurants sharing one kitchen cooking up totally different menus -- Mexican street food on one side and gastropub standouts, like killer gravlax and dynamite chicken sausage, on the other. Then in South Boston, the authentic Polish restaurant dishing out righteous pierogi and an old-country fried pork favorite.

Food Network debuted the 22nd season of DINERS, DRIVE-IN & DIVES on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT. In the season premiere, "Fish, Fried and Feet," Guy tackles everything from land to sea. In Des Moines, the funky fusion joint serving up unique burritos alongside off-the-chain bulgogi masa fries. Across town in the Beaverdale area of Des Moines, the Southern spot cooking up all the classics, from ribs and red beans and rice to catfish cakes and collards. And in Atlantic City, the husband-wife duo dishing out soul food standouts like turkey chops and pig feet.

On Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the 23rd season of DDD, immediately following a four-hour marathon (6-10pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "A Bowlful of Soul," Guy's going all in for some comfort and soul in Charlotte, NC, the down-home hangout dishing out low country favorites, like killer collard greens and standout shrimp and grits. In Las Vegas, the standout strip mall spot serving their crepe specialties with everything from savory beef to sweet caramel apples. And in Culver City, CA, Marc Summers joins Guy at the mom and pop shop firing up tasty turkey chili and dynamite dogs on cornbread buns.

On Friday, January 1, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the 24th season of DINERS, DRIVE-INS AND DIVES. In the season opener, "All Kinds of Meat," this trip, Guy's digging into a meat lover's paradise. In Colorado Springs, a Jamaican joint dishing out killer curry goat and jammin' jerk chicken. In Baltimore, a funky beer bar serving up wild boar sliders and outrageous pork belly mac and cheese fries. And in Washington D.C., an uber-deli carvin' up homemade pastrami and rolling out a meat-filled Moroccan specialty.

Season 25 of DDD premiered on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Soakin' Up Maui," Guy is cruisin' the islands with his buddy, Chef Reno Henriques, on a culinary tour of Maui, Hawaii. First, a real-deal taste of regional favorites like loco moco and kalbi ribs. Then, a legit barbecue joint smoking up St. Louis-style ribs and the bomb burnt ends, and a food truck dishin' out the freshest catch served raw, baked and even deep-fried.

The 26th season of DINERS, DRIVE-INS AND DIVES premiered on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Belly Up to Barcelona," Guy crosses the Atlantic to take a big bite out of Barcelona, Spain. He's diving in to the many different cuisines the city has to offer, from a homey spot serving Galician-style octopus and soup, to a grab-and-go sandwich stop cooking up traditional sausage and sauces. Plus, a family-owned joint puttin' out old-school Catalan cooking, like rabbit and snail specialties.

Season 27 of DINERS, DRIVE-INS AND DIVES premiered on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Sandwiches, Spaetzle and Sticky Wings," Guy Fieri's caught up in a whirlwind of flavors. In Norfolk, Va., a two-for-one spot where a bomb butcher stacks sandwiches by day and a chef firing up ramen and sticky wings takes over at night. Then, a German-Swiss joint smack in the middle of Maui, Hawaii serving rouladen and old-fashioned apple strudel.

Season 29 of DINERS, DRIVE-INS AND DIVES premiered on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "From Pork to Pasta," Guy is diggin' into everything from pork to pasta on this trip. In Chicago, a real-deal Italian spot with righteous ravioli and dynamite deep dish. Plus, an authentic Hong Kong barbecue experience served alongside all the classics. And in Spokane, Wash., a local joint with killer culinary, like carnitas fries and a twist on gnocchi.
On Friday, December 27, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the 32nd season of DINERS, DRIVE-INS AND DIVES. In the season opener, "Creative Creations," Guy is divin' into inventive eats on this trip. In Burlington, VT, a funky joint cooking up mac and cheese pancakes. In Richmond, VA, a down-home spot loadin' up their biscuits and going gangbusters with grits. And finally, an artistic eatery in Ottawa, Canada, firin' up spaghetti pizza and putting their own colorful spin on the cronut.
