Plot Synopsis

Using caught-on-tape moments and CGI animation, DO OR DIE is a half-hour series that chronicles life-or-death situations that real people survived, while revealing critical facts about how to endure and survive similar circumstances. After setting the stage and putting the viewer virtually at the scene of a life-or-death situation, this series presents three survival options for each scenario -- two of which could be deadly -- before revealing the one that most improves a person's chance at survival. Each 30-minute episode explores three different life-or-death situations, including: an enraged fighting bull lunging into a crowd of spectators; a stuck gas pedal that propels a terrified woman down the road at nearly 120 mph; a mammoth wave washing over a pair of unsuspecting tourists on a treacherous breakwater; a skydiving accident that pries a man from his parachute harness at 13,000 feet; a motorcycle accident that pins a man under a burning car; an angry octopus that has its tentacles wrapped around its human victim's throat; a friend who is choking on a cupcake during an eating contest; a BASE jumper who is just seconds away from slamming into a stone wall; a thrashing, 600-pound marlin that leaps onto a boat; the rushing torrent of a tsunami bearing down on a person's car; a polar bear attack, with the victim locked in the jaws of this Arctic predator; a snowboarder who falls into a tree well; and many more situations where people fought to stay alive -- and survived by acting the best way possible.
