Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Margot Robbie, series star Kat Dennings, and series creator Jordan Weiss, DOLLFACE is a half-hour comedy series that follows Jules Wiley, a young woman who -- after being dumped by her longtime boyfriend -- must deal with her own imagination in order to literally and metaphorically re-enter the world of women, and rekindle the female friendships she left behind. Jules has been totally absorbed by her relationship for the last five years. When her boyfriend dumps her unexpectedly, Jules has to come to terms with the fact that she's let her female friendships fall apart, and tries to win them back. Jules starts by going to her girlfriends for advice about moving out of her ex's place, but finds navigating which friend's advice to take an even more complicated problem. Then, Jules struggles to understand the rules of keeping secrets among friends, which causes a problem for Madison at work. Stella tries to teach Izzy to be more mysterious. On Friday, November 15, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Hulu released the 10-episode first season of DOLLFACE.
