Plot Synopsis

DUDE YOU'RE SCREWED is a one-hour reality series that follows five survivalists, as they take turns being dropped into extreme adventures with only 100 hours to make their way back to civilization. At the beginning of each program, one survivalist is ambushed by the other four, with the capture taking place at work, at home, at a coffee shop, or anywhere else. Then, the blindfolded captive is dropped in one of the world's harshest environments, where they must find civilization, alive and unscathed, all within 100 hours. Meanwhile, the other four compatriots monitor and scrutinize the target's progress -- and his vital signs -- from a nearby remote command center, where they watch him endure extreme environments. The survivalists are: Matt Graham, a primitive skills expert and a desert survival instructor; John Hudson, an Extreme Survival Instructor for the UK Royal Air Force; Tom Moore, a veteran Army Scout, bush craft master and wilderness guide; Terry Schappert, a Green Beret, A-Team leader, medic, sniper and close combat specialist; and Jake Zweig, a former Navy SEAL, certified in Surface Warfare & as a dive safety officer and helicast master. Each 60-minute episode features a different survivalist being captured and challenged, including: Jake being dumped at the top of an Icelandic volcano; Terry being stranded in the Gulf of Mexico; and others taking on various environments -- from dense jungles to frigid glaciers -- around the world.

Discovery aired the Season 2 premiere of DUDE, YOU'RE SCREWED on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT, immediately following a five-hour marathon (4-9pm) of encore episodes from the first season. Season 2 features the return of Green Beret Terry Schappert, extreme survival instructor John Hudson, primitive skills expert Matt Graham, and former Navy SEAL Jake Zweig, who are joined by three newcomers: Casey Anderson, a world-class wildlife tracker and conservationist; Chris Swanda, an experienced backwoods survivalist; and Tim Smith, a bushmaster Registered Master Maine Guide. In the season opener, "Epic Fail," Jake's game takes a deadly turn in the Namib Desert.
