Plot Synopsis

Hosted by meteorologist Dylan Dreyer, EARTH ODYSSEY WITH DYLAN DREYER is a live action, half-hour series that takes viewers on a journey to the wildest points of the globe, uncovering the connection between the environment, wildlife and human beings of exotic locales. Each week, Dreyer reveals a new destination -- from the reefs of the Caribbean, to the tree tops of Indonesia, and the forests of India to find lion-tailed macaque troops -- where audiences come face-to-face with native animals while learning amazing facts about nature and wildlife.

Season 6 of EARTH ODYSSEY WITH DYLAN DREYER premiered on Saturday, October 7, 2023 as part of NBC's "The More You Know" Saturday morning programming block. In the season opener, "Pint-Sized Predators," Dylan braves the lion's den as she takes a look at how some of the planet's most prolific predators get their start to life.

The seventh season of EARTH ODYSSEY WITH DYLAN DREYER debuted on Saturday, October 5, 2024 on NBC (check local listings for time). In the season opener, "Made in Australia," Dylan travels down under to meet Australian animals found nowhere else on the planet, from a tree-dwelling koala to a duck-billed platypus.
