Plot Synopsis

EAT THIS NOW is a half-hour reality series that follows Brandi Milloy as she takes a culinary adventure across Los Angeles, meeting chefs who are doing cool and innovative things. On Monday, May 9, 2016 at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT, Cooking Channel premiered EAT THIS NOW, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. The premiere episode focused on pork, with Brandi starting at Stir Market Restaurant, where Chef Jet Tila whips up succulent porchetta. Then, Brandi goes into a restaurant/video arcade where Chef Nguyen Tran serves up a delectable pork belly sandwich. Chef Steven Fretz wows customers at The Church Key Restaurant turning pig ears into a delectable midnight snack. Finally, at MB Post, Chef David LeFevre shows Brandi how he makes pork and shrimp dumplings from scratch, before they make an Elvis-inspired dessert.

More than 14 months later -- on Monday, July 31, 2017 -- at 10pm ET/7pm PT, Cooking Channel premiered a new version of EAT THIS NOW, without Brandi. Once again, the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. This special program, "All-Time American Favorites" takes a deep dive into America's favorite foods. After being asked, viewers demanded pizza, barbecue, chocolate, and all of the above combined! The episode takes viewers on a tour of some of the best joints in America for some of the most delicious cheese, crust, meats, sides, and sweets ever.
