Plot Synopsis

This one-hour reality series follows the doctors, nurses and staff in the Emergency Room at Vancouver General Hospital, British Columbia's only Level 1 trauma center, as they treat patients and handle real-life cases while dealing with life and tragedy. Discovery Life aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Tuesday, February 26, 2015 at 10pm ET.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 10pm ET, Discovery Life showed the Season 1 finale. In the season ender, "Watch Me," Yasmin takes a Unit Co-ordinator-in-training under her wing as the ER's veteran social worker begins her last shift. Drs. Campbell, Shirzad and Lee mentor the next generation of ER physicians.
