Plot Synopsis

EXTREME COUGAR WIVES follows sexy cougars and the unique relationships they keep with their much younger mates. With their young cubs by their side, these women prove that the multi-generational dating scene is alive and thriving -- even though friends and family may disapprove. From awkward family introductions to a couple who are turned on by their Civil War reenactments, EXTREME COUGAR WARS, a two-part special, follows these six cougars: Jane, age 59, who lives with her husband Andrew, 27, in their eclectic San Jose, California home, as they feed their chickens, care for their silkworms, or explore a new passion; Loma, a 70-year-old Dallas cougar, who leaves behind her three ex-husbands, four children, and eight grandchildren to attract a young cub by wearing leopard print bras and outrageous blonde wigs; Sherri, a 50-year-old self-proclaimed serial cougar, who was married for many years to a more age-appropriate mate, but never was truly happy until she met her current boyfriend, Desmond, 26; Kathy, a 54-year-old scantily-clad rock-n-roll cougar in Los Angeles,, who lives her life to the absolute max and has a penchant for dating young musicians with that rocker look; Jeraldine, age 89, who met her devoted cub, an ex-bodybuilder Donaldo, 46, at a society luncheon in Beverly Hills when he was only 19 years old; and Gale, age 55, who met her cub Ian, 23, in a coffee shop parking lot two years ago, is recently engaged to him, and moved with her 14-year-old daughter to be with her fiance. TLC first aired EXTREME COUGAR WIVES as a one-time, 60-minute special on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at 10pm ET/PT, but the program returned with as a two-part program on consecutive Wednesdays, August 14 & 21, 2013 at 9:30pm ET/PT, focusing on different women than the original special.
