Plot Synopsis

In this spinoff of FARMHOUSE FIXER, restoration expert Jonathan Knight puts everything on the line to make a lifelong dream renovation project dream come true in the form of an abandoned 12-acre campground situated on a rural lakefront. Four hour-long episodes follow Jon as he takes the biggest gamble of his real estate career: transforming a 12-acre campground into a dreamy New England vacation destination. As the pressure builds and emotions run high, Jon relies on the support of the whole Knight family including his husband, Harley, and brother and bandmate, Jordan. In the series opener, Jon brings his family to take in the tranquil surroundings of the campground, which remind him of idyllic childhood summers spent at his grandparents' cottage on Lake Eerie. Reality sets in as they discover costly foundation issues and hordes of critters that have moved into the long-vacant spaces. Despite the mounting challenges and skyrocketing budget, Jon zeros in on his vision for the lakeside retreat and sets a six-month timeline to renovate three of the 10 rental cabins, as well as the main house where he and Harley will reside. Episodes include:

"Take It to the Limit " (Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 9pm): The offer was accepted, and now the clock is ticking as the problems pile up. Jonathan Knight is revamping an abandoned campground into a vacation destination, and the first project is to turn a rundown cabin into the perfect spot for a glamping getaway.

"99 Problems" (Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 9pm): Catastrophe hits when a cabin is crushed by a tree, and it leads to pricey new problems. Also, Jon's siblings help renovate a cabin for families, but each Knight has their own opinion on creating the perfect spot for a family vacation.

"Killing Me Softly" (Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 9pm): Jon is hit with a gut-wrenching decision to either repair or tear down a damaged cabin. Also, Jon's mom and sister help transform a mouse infested nightmare into a romantic couple's cabin, and the ultimate glam-up includes a shower built for two.

"Time of My Life" (Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 9pm): Jonathan is just weeks away from opening day and races to be ready for campers by the deadline. Also, Jon and his husband reno a 1930s house they'll stay in themselves, looking to keep the vintage charm and create a space for the whole family.
