Plot Synopsis

Tough-love matchmaker Natalie Clarice uses unique techniques to gather intel on her clients' strengths and weaknesses, tells them why they're still single, and then coaches them to get past their relationship faux pas before sending them on dates. Natalie is the CEO and founder of Heart & Soul, a boutique matchmaking company for Miami's urban elite, and she puts these stubborn single ladies to the ultimate test to find their match. With her team of romance strategists, including her right-hand man and dating coach George Ray, Natalie helps two women in each 60-minute episode, including: Dana, a smart, successful, and sexy woman whose self-proclaimed bitchiness sends men running for the hills; Mercedes, a grad student who has an unusual interest in the male anatomy; Shay, who is beautiful, yet ditzy; L'Tesia, a virgin who teases men with her sexy body; Aja Watkins, a pregnant queen whose perfect man doesn't exist; Princess Mandy Mo, whose dress code sends all the wrong messages; and many more of Miami's eligible bachelorettes.
