Plot Synopsis

FIRST TIMERS CLUB is a half-hour docuseries that follows real estate agent Amina Stevens, as she guides her Tampa Bay, FL clients through the rollercoaster that is the first time home buying process. On Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 11am-Noon ET/PT, HGTV debuted back-to-back sneak-peek episodes of FIRST TIMERS CLUB:

"Small Yard, Big Problem" (11am): Amina may have met her match in a couple whose disagreement about yard size might derail their dreams. She must work hard to overcome their home buying roadblocks in order for them to become part of the First Timers Club.

"Long Time Coming" (11:30am): A single mother of four who has dreamed of being a homeowner is finally in a place where she can make it happen. Amina uses her real estate expertise to search for a property that checks all the boxes on this mom's wish list for her first home.
