Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by series star Kaley Cuoco and based on Chris Bohjalian's novel of the same name, Season 1 of THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT is a story of how an entire life can change in one night, when flight attendant Cassie Bowden wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man -- and no idea what happened in Bangkok. Unable to reconstruct her night and afraid to call law enforcement, she goes on with her day as if nothing happened, and travels to New York. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT premiered on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as HBO Max released the first three episodes of the series. One day later a sneak peek episode of THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT made its linear television debut on Friday, November 27 at 10pm ET/PT on HBO. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT made its official linear television debut on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT, as TBS presented a two-episode premiere.

The eight-episode sophomore season of THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT debuted on Thursday, April 21, 2022 on HBO Max. In the new season, Cassie is living her best sober life in Los Angeles while moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time. But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue. The season filmed in Los Angeles, Berlin and Reykjavik. HBO Max released two new episodes on April 21, followed by one new installment each Thursday through May 26.
