Plot Synopsis

Gordon Ramsay travels around the world, discovering the delicious history behind his favourite foods. While he's there, he submerges himself in all aspects of the local culture -- no matter how challenging, unfamiliar or extreme -- bringing him closer to that country's stunning scenery, diverse people and an abundance of delicious, mouth-watering food. Plus, he puts his cooking skills to the test as he samples his favorite dishes -- as they were meant to be. Ramsay travels to India in Season 1 and Southeast Asia in the second season. This series aired for the first time in the United States on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 9pm on BBC America.
