Plot Synopsis

Based on the best-selling Peter James novels, GRACE is a crime drama series, with each installment based on a different book.

The 88-minute series opener, "Dead Simple," made its U.S. debut on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 on Britbox. Haunted by the disappearance of his wife, tenacious yet troubled detective Roy Grace has a reputation for his unorthodox methods in pursuit of the truth. As he walks a career tightrope, he is assigned to a missing person case that becomes a race against time full of twists and turns.

The three-episode second season of GRACE made its U.S. debut on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, as Britbox released the first installment of the new season. In "Not Dead Enough," with two seemingly unconnected deaths on their hands, Grace finds himself tested to the limit when it becomes apparent both incidents may be the work of a serial killer.

Season 4 of GRACE debuted on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 on BritBox, which released the first 90-minute installment of the new season. A new episode drops weekly on Tuesdays. In the season opener, "Dead Man's Time," Grace investigates a brutal robbery in Brighton where thousands of pounds worth of antiques are stolen.
