Plot Synopsis

To unravel a murder mystery, investigators dig up secrets long-thought buried and come face-to-face with people who will do anything to keep those secrets in the ground. GRAVE SECRETS reveals the skeletons they hid in the closet. Each one-hour episode features a single true-crime story, including: Shauna Tiaffay, who was found brutally murdered, making her husband George the prime suspect...but with an ironclad alibi; 19-year-old Devon Guzman, who is found dead in the backseat of her car, sending shockwaves through her grieving community; and much more. Season 2 of GRAVE SECRETS premiered on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on Investigation Discovery. In the season opener, "Beneath the Stairs," curiosity overcomes new homeowners when they spot a barrel in a crawlspace. When they open it, they are horrified to find a body. Then, forensic experts recover a cryptic note: "I told the truth." What secret led to this nameless victim's death?

On Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 9-11pm ET/PT, Investigation Discovery premiered the Season 2 finale of GRAVE SECRETS, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"The Secret Code" (9pm): A single footprint is the only clue when Hal Charboneau is found stabbed to death in his Portland home. When police learn of a bitter divorce and custody battle, they question his ex-wife. But they soon discover that Hal is not the only murder victim.

"Her Mother's Prayers" (10pm): A Nashville mother is terrified to discover her daughter, 9-year-old Marcia Trimble, has vanished while delivering cookies around the neighborhood. Investigators turn up several suspects..but Marcia's fate will not be revealed for over 30 years.
