Plot Synopsis

Each year since 1909 -- except 1916-1919 (WWI) and 2020 (COVID) -- two teams compete in the Grey Cup, the championship of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The Grey Cup, also the name of the trophy awarded to the winning team, is named after Albert Grey, the Governor General of Canada from 1904 until 1911. Grey donated the trophy to the Canadian Rugby Union in 1909 to recognize the top amateur rugby football team in Canada.

On Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 6pm ET/3pm PT, CBS Sports airs the 2024 GREY CUP, with the Toronto Argonauts and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers set to compete in the 111th event at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia. Jonas Brothers perform during halftime.
