Plot Synopsis

Ashley Vicos, the reigning queen of the cake decorating world, travels the country to create one-of-a-kind cakes for special events like New York's Fashion Week and Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Unlike other decorators who work out of a single bakery, Ashley runs her business on the road so she and her team -- assistant Dennis, intern Erin and sugar-artist Mary -- can work closely with their clients and hand deliver their masterpieces. Whether Ashley is creating an enormous castle cake for a Mardi Gras party with Krewe of Tucks, a basketball court cake with three giant sculpted players and a spinning basketball for the Harlem Globetrotters' 85th Anniversary or a Zamboni cake and an edible hockey stadium for the Boston Bruin Foundation's charity casino night, she and her team must always deal with unexpected meltdowns, tight door frames, and demanding customers.
