Plot Synopsis

By using real-life social experiments, HEAD GAMES explores how everyday people perceive, conform, and make moral choices when faced with unusual, uncomfortable or confrontational circumstances. In this three-part series, each 60-minute episode focuses on a different aspect of human response, including: "Conformity," which shows how people respond when someone blatantly cuts line, others give directions that make no sense, and someone intensely stares; "Morality," which highlights how the biological meaning of lies, the roots of human revulsion, and the ancestral reasoning behind keeping promises; and "Perception," which showcases how the the brain has evolved to allow humans to focus, identify important facts and filter out the junk. Plus, each episode features accompanying brain games, mind puzzles and expert analysis.
