Plot Synopsis

Set in the rolling foothills of the Rockies in the fictional town of Hudson, Alberta, HEARTLAND is a one-hour drama series that follows the Bartlett-Fleming family, who have learned a hard lesson: life is short, and you have to live each day to the fullest.

In Season 15, the Bartlett-Fleming family puts what they learned into practice. Last season, Amy said goodbye to the past. This season, she embraces the future - raising her daughter and working with the horses who continue to heal her while branching out into a new phase of her life and profession. She is moving forward and feels determined to leave a legacy. In fact, Jack, Lisa, Lou and Tim have all decided that now is not the time to pull back, but to ramp up, to create new dreams and fulfill old ones. And, as they always do, the family will pull together to help each other... and will ultimately end up stronger than ever. Season 15 of HEARTLAND made its U.S. debut on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 8pm ET on BYUtv.

The 16th season of HEARTLAND made its U.S. debut on Sunday, August 6, 2023 with back-to-back episodes from 7-9pm ET on UP. In the season opener, "Something's Got to Give" (8pm), after another "Miracle Girl" moment, Amy reconsiders her role at the Youth Centre; Jack misses Lisa, especially after Tim and Jessica are forced to move into the house. Then, in the second episode, "Changes" (9pm), Amy's decision to work with Peyton Westfield's horse upsets Logan; Jack helps Katie find her own path; Lou has to come through for Rick.
