Plot Synopsis

In each 30-minute episode, husband-and-wife design team Robert and Cortney Novogratz take on a new design project, creating a totally unique and wildly original space that showcases their funky, downtown-chic aesthetic and unpretentious design sensibility. Robert and Cortney tackle all types of projects -- apartments, condos, townhomes, beach homes, a student-athlete lounge at a high school and even a music room upgrade and art and reading area at an elementary school. Whether the Novogratzes are transforming a beach home in Rockaway Beach for two surfer sisters or maximizing space for a triplets in a Hell's Kitchen home, Robert and Cortney use the work and expertise of other designers and artists -- pink afficionado Betsey Johnson; street artist Matt Siren; artist Knox Martin; artist Cristina Vergano; portrait artist James Seward -- so they can present their client with a spectacular and totally customized room.
