Plot Synopsis

HOT PROPERTIES: SAN DIEGO is a half-hour reality series that follows realtor Seth O'Byrne, real estate agent Mia Tidwell, and contractor Andrew White, as they help homeowners sell their properties in San Diego. From ingenious promotional ideas to mind-blowing home renovations, these real estate superstars are willing to do whatever it takes to help homeowners get top dollar. Whether it's knocking down the walls of an outdated family home or hosting the perfect open house in a problematic location, no risk is too big if it helps make the sale. On Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 9:30pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot of HOT PROPERTIES: SAN DIEGO, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time.

One year later -- on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 10-11pm ET/PT -- HOT PROPERTIES: SAN DIEGO had its official series premiere. In this new episode, "Beach Bungalows and Western Estates," Andrew White must rally his team to finish a beach bungalow, or Seth O'Byrne and Mia Tidwell risk losing the buyer. Mia creates a one-of-a-kind open house and Seth brings in high-end brokers in hopes of selling a Wild West-themed estate.
