Plot Synopsis
In each one-hour episode of IRON CHEF: BEHIND THE BATTLE, host Alton Brown revisits fan-favorite battles from the past to fully appreciate the culinary mastery that happens in Kitchen Stadium. At the behest of the Chairman, Alton explores, dissects and offers new insights about the secret ingredients, mind-blowing cooking techniques and each Iron Chef's individual approach to their culinary confrontations. In the series opener, "Thanksgiving Feast," whether alone or as a team, Iron Chefs Bobby Flay and Michael Symon had never lost while competing in the Chairman's annual turkey day showdowns. In this Battle Thanksgiving Feast, the invincible Iron Chefs Flay and Symon reteamed to continue their march toward Iron Chef Thanksgiving dominance, taking on Iron Chefs Marc Forgione and Jose Garces.
