Plot Synopsis

Private-island specialist Chris Krolow helps clients find their personal dream getaways anywhere in the world. In each 30-minute episode, Krolow shows a family three different islands, and the program closes with the client selecting their new home. Whether he's helping Wisconsin natives enjoy the simple life in the Florida Keys, yacht captains find their own port of call in the Bahamas, or business partners expanding their business into Fiji, Krolow searches for the island, property and beachfront that best suits his clients. HGTV aired back-to-back, sneak-peek episodes of ISLAND HUNTERS on New Year's Day 2013 at 3pm ET/PT and again at 11pm ET/PT. One year later, HGTV presented the official series premiere, with back-to-back new episodes on New Year's Day 2014 at 1pm ET/PT, moving ISLAND HUNTERS to its regular day at time on Sundays at 10pm ET/PT four days later on January 5.
