Plot Synopsis

KEEP BREATHING is a six-episode limited series that centers on New York lawyer Liv, whose private plane crashes in the remote Canadian frontier, where, as the lone survivor, must battle both an unforgiving wilderness and past personal traumas to stay alive. With the plane lying beneath the frigid water, Liv attempts to retrieve valuable supplies at the bottom of the lake as past demons come to the surface. In the wilderness, Liv scrambles to secure food, fire, water and shelter. Flashbacks reveal Liv's painful past and the reason for her journey. All six episodes of KEEP BREATHING dropped on Thursday, July 28, 2022 on Netflix.
