Plot Synopsis

LEGO NINJAGO: DRAGONS RISING is a half-hour animated series in the NINJAGO universe. Many legendary realms have suddenly combined into one, but their union is unstable. A Spinjitzu Ninja Master must train a new generation of heroes, including two teenagers from different worlds. who use their newly discovered Ninja powers to help find Elemental Dragons who can save the planet before the forces of evil use the same dragon energy to destroy this new world. After a mysterious event known as "The Merge" shuffles the universe, an aspiring Ninja teams with a smart techie to navigate a new and unfamiliar world. Arin and Sora develop new powers that just might help them confront the dragon hunters. Can the Green Ninja teach them how to harness their abilities? Ten episodes of LEGO NINJAGO: DRAGONS RISING dropped on Thursday, June 1, 2023 on Netflix. On Thursday, October 12, 2023, Netflix released an additional 10 episodes of LEGO NINJAGO: DRAGONS RISING. In the mid-season premiere, "The Temple of the Dragon Cores," to stop the MergeQuakes from getting worse, the Ninja travel to the Temple of the Dragon Cores to learn more about something called "The Coalescence."

Season 2 of LEGO NINJAGO: DRAGONS RISING debuted on Thursday, April 4, 2024 on Netflix, which released 10 episodes. Wolf-masked warriors. Forbidden fighters. A Blood Moon. Lloyd's dreams may be visions of a startling future -- unless the Ninja can rise up and stop it. In the season opener, Arin and Sora investigate a mysterious break-in at the junkyard while a sleep-deprived Lloyd suffers from stress dreams about warriors wearing masks.
