LUXE FOR LESS is a one-hour reality series that follows luxury home designer Michel Smith Boyd and his team -- designer Kai Williamson, maker Anthony Elle and licensed general contractor Laura Green -- as they share insider tips and creative solutions that maximize clients' cash. By repurposing furniture, purchasing easily repairable "scratch and dent" appliances and employing savvy shopping techniques, Michel will bring upscale design within reach. In the series opener, "Yacht Dreams, Pontoon Budget," Michel tackles a sizable renovation for homeowners who say they want "a yacht life on a pontoon budget." They're ready to renovate the entire first floor of their outdated home, including the kitchen, living room, office and more, with rich finishes, stylish modern lighting and new flooring -- but their budget is tight. Michel and team will step in to strategize, finding brilliant solutions to every design obstacle and challenging price point, so that in the end, they deliver the breathtaking results the family will love.

After a four-month break, LUXE FOR LESS returned with new episodes on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 10:30pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the mid-season premiere, "A Fabulous Farmhouse," Michel and his team are tackling their first modern farmhouse! The family's difficult layout and tight budget are extremely challenging, but creative hacks make it possible for the team to deliver the magazine-worthy, southern charm of their dreams.
