Plot Synopsis

MAC MILLER AND THE MOST DOPE FAMILY is a reality series that follows rapper Mac Miller and his posse, the Most Dope Family, as the 21-year-old hip-hop artist records his new album, "Watching Movies with the Sound Off," while living the Los Angeles life. Mac Miller just moved to Los Angeles with his four closest friends from back home in Pittsburgh: the business mastermind Quentin, the artistically gifted Jimmy, the fashion entrepreneur Peanut, and former NFL player turned bodyguard Big Dave. Whether Mac is getting a big honor -- and a luxury car -- recognizing his career, throwing a party with surprise guests like Miley Cyrus, or introducing his longtime friend and alter ego Larry Lovestein, Mac and his Most Dope Crew pick up where they left off with their all-access YouTube clips.

On Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 11:30pm ET/PT, MTV2 aired the Season 2 premiere of MAC MILLER AND THE MOST DOPE FAMILY, showing back-to-back new episodes. The second season opener finds Mac in Dublin to open for Lil Wayne when he decides to find his Irish roots.
