Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Lyrica Okano, MORIMOTO'S SUSHI MASTER is a six-episode elimination competition series that features renowned chef and restauranter Masaharu Morimoto as head judge of a cooking competition centered on sushi. Morimoto is joined on the judging panel by Chef Dakota Weiss and Chef Kenji Lopez-Alt, who decide which chef has the skill, ingredients, delicacy and talent needed to perfect the art of sushi-making. Eight expert chefs embark on this journey of challenges -- from making spicy sushi to working a conveyor belt sushi -- as they try to avoid elimination. In the finale, two chefs serve Omakase style to the judges. All six episodes of MORIMOTO'S SUSHI MASTER dropped on Friday, June 16, 2023 on The Roku Channel.
