Plot Synopsis
MY GENERATION is a four-part, eight-hour documentary series that takes an in-depth look at four distinct generations and how members of each have been shaped by the cultural and political events of their time. Each installments focuses on a different generation:
"Baby Boomers" (Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 9-11pm ET/PT): Narrated by Forest Whitaker. Interviews with dozens of notables from both ends of the baby boom generation shed light, via anecdotes, rather than history lessons, on some seminal events of the 1960s and '70s.
"Generation X" (Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9-11pm ET/PT): Narrated by Ethan Hawke. A look at the music, art, pop culture, tragedies and triumphs of Generation X: America's smallest, middle-child generation, through personal experiences and archival.
"Millennials" (Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 9-11pm ET/PT): Narrated by Kristen Bell. Millennials drop viewers into the middle seat of the entitled, coddled, avocado toast-filled world of the last generation to experience life before the Internet.
"Gen Z" (Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 9-11pm ET/PT): Narrated by Jenna Ortega.
