Plot Synopsis

MY STRANGE ARREST is a half-hour docuseries that takes an in-depth look at the people who were arrested for allegedly committing some of the weirdest, wildest and most bizarre crimes ever. The series digs beyond the headlines and the viral videos to take a look at the incidents and consequences, hearing the stories from the accused, the arresting officers and eye witnesses. These are bizarre crimes with real-life ramifications. Each episode features at least three stories, including: a naked man who allegedly steals an ATV; a man who apparently was feeding the alligators gets a visit from police; a man in Alaska who robs a liquor store by smashing into the entrance with a stolen front-loader; two senior citizens who get locked up for trespassing while trapping stray cats; a man who is arrested after pouring milk on head while streaking through a store; police search for a man who tried to steal a wheelchair while it's owner was still in it; and more.

Season 2 of MY STRANGE ARREST debuted with back-to-back new episodes on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 10-11pm ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener, "I Have to Poop!" (10pm), a desperate woman needs to poop during a traffic stop, a mom is busted sneaking into a school dressed as her daughter; a man jumps into a store's 24,000 gallon aquarium and more. Then, in the night's second episode, "Ride or Die" (10:30pm), an innocent woman insists on going to jail with her arrested BFF; a thief absconds with a giant life-size stick figure; a fleeing suspect gets trapped in a porta potty, and more.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 10-11pm ET/PT, A&E premiered two new special episodes of MY STRANGE ARREST to close out the second season:

"Top 5: Intoxicating Moments" (10pm): A look at some strange moments of intoxicated arrestees from across the country; a man is arrested for drunk driving a lawnmower; a friend joins her bestie in jail after a DUI.

"Top 5: Bare Naked Moments" (10:30pm): A naked woman is arrested for stealing a sheriff's pickup truck; a gym goer loses his cool and his clothing; and a golf pro spectator streaks into the spotlight.
