Plot Synopsis

PARADISE BARGAIN HUNT is a half-hour reality series that follows couples and families who search for homes within their budget in resort towns like Palm Beach, FL, and Vail, CO. Each 30-minute episode features a different prospective home owner, who tours three options and selects one of those three properties. On Monday, January 1, 2018 from 5-6pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered back-to-back episodes of PARADISE BARGAIN HUNT, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time:

"Palm Beach Paradise" (5pm): After a long distance courtship, a newlywed couple dreams of starting their life together in ritzy Palm Beach, FL, but their house hunt reveals a big sticker shock.

"Ski Town Dreams" (5:30pm): A family of five wants to move to the ski paradise of Vail, CO to pursue a job in law enforcement.
